WHO YOU ARE

Our systems support team members are part of our company's key IT help desk team. This role focuses on needs of our Carlisle, Pennsylvania distribution centers. Team member works with ServiceNow requests and incidents, handling network and equipment installations, troubleshooting equipment or software issues, and addressing technical support needs for our operations team. Position is responsible for all equipment in the Carlisle distribution centers such as printers, computers, barcode equipment, etc. Position supports all other company locations with ServiceNow requests and incidents.

WHERE YOU WILL WORK
Onsite at our Carlisle, Pennsylvania distribution center; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM regular daily hours. Travel to other company locations may be required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyzes and evaluates reported issues, end user application requirements to determine optimum resolution.
• Analyzes end user application requirements and assigns appropriate systems.
• Manages and supports all company software and their environments.
• Manages user accounts; setup, modification and deletion based on the proper approvals through the ticketing system.
• Analyzes the training needs of the end user, then provides proper training material.
• Manages and supports all company hardware including communication devices.
• Completes tickets and projects within the required SLA or target date.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and be available after normal work hours.
• Experience in infrastructure a plus.
• Experience in a distribution center with barcode terminal programming and troubleshooting a plus.
• Travel to support other company sites.

REQUIREMENTS

• Associates Degree.
• At least two years of experience in help desk support role for a manufacturing or distribution center.
• Must be proficient in O365, Active Directory, knowledge of Networking and PC repair and installation, knowledge of printer/copiers and label printers.
• ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multitask while being courteous and professional to our internal customers.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and teach as needed.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and be available after normal work hours as needed.
• Availability to travel to other company sites when needed.
